Angamardana is a complete workout designed by Sadhguru, that has its roots in Yoga and leads to mastery over the body and mind. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the energy system. Whatever action you want to do, if you want your body to become a yes and yes, then Angamardana is a very powerful tool!



In this 4 day yoga program, kids and adults will be learning Angamardana. It builds strength, increases ability to concentrate, and above all, brings balance.

Most fitness regimens work at a muscular level. Angamardana, on the other hand, powers through the sinews of the body to make sure inner stability finds a solid ground and then starts building muscle and bone strength!

Infuse strength 

People who are physically weak or the ones who are lacking in energy will find themselves charged up with incredible amount of energy in just about 40 days (one Mandala) of practicing Angamardana.

Dates & Details

1. Date: Jan 28 - 31, 7am to 9.30am
2. Age: 8+ years
3. Please note Empty Stomach Condition is required to attend each session (4 hours gap after a meal)
4. There are no pre-requisites for Angamardana - even if you haven't attended any of the Isha programs, you can still participate.

A 4-Day Yoga Program

✢ If any existing health issues or queries about eligibility criteria, please do Whatsapp 8217481232 before registering

✢ Attendance for all 4 days is compulsory. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, we will not be able to allow you to continue for the rest of the program.

✢ You need to come in empty stomach condition for the program. Only water or freshly prepared lime juice without sugar can be taken

✢ You also need to bring your own yoga mat for the sessions

✢ To give individual attention, batch sizes are small and seats accepted on first come first serve basis. Pre-registration is required to attend the sessions

✢ We will not be able to accept kids less than 8 years since Angamardana can only be taught to kids 8 years or above. We have other simpler practices for kids less than 8 years which this program doesn’t cover
