Isha Yoga practices (designed by Sadhguru) are a step in the right direction for the physical and mental wellbeing and enhance the immunity amidst challenging times. We will be doing Guided Yoga sessions "live" online, no pre-recorded sessions!

What you eat determines how you are in many ways. Along with Yogic practices, you will also learn simple diet secrets used by yogis to live healthy life. If you to learn to eat right, health and well-being is just a byproduct and not something that you need to aspire for.

We will also be sharing recipe book that will help you make your journey on this path that much easier. Good food doesn't have to be boring!

As Sadhguru says, being a sport means you are willing to play. If there is anything that is truly close to a spiritual process, in the normal course of life, that is sports.

You will be able to understand the importance of play in life and see how to get more involved in whatever it is that you do.

Over the past few months, I have explored various food plans for dealing with health issues of my family. From completely raw food meals for first half of the day accompanied by enemas, to Millet Meals to completely vegan diets to plans from leading Nutritionists in Mumbai. Some I found extreme, some included eggs. Most suggested to eat dairy free, sugar free etc. Some of the thoughts presented in their programs were confusing.

When I came across the Aahar program, I instantly knew that I needed to attend it as it would not be another food fad but sustainability as a way of life. The content was well summarized and crisp.

✢ Get a customised yogic practices/diet recommendation based on your health conditions, schedule, lifestyle etc

Srishti has been conceived by Yogi Re — an initiative started by Mukul to bring at least an element of being a yogi in everyone's life. Mukul underwent intense teacher training designed by Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation, and has personally conducted 300+ workshops across Bangalore in the last 3 years, touching over 4500 lives!

✢ If you are unable to attend Srishti Online and want to attend future Srishti retreat on-site/Offline once the COVID-19 situation normalizes, please let us know by filling out this simple form

✢ We have limited no of registrations. If you are keen, then please register early to reserve your spot

✢ Open to anyone - individuals or families. Prior experience of yoga is not mandatory

✢ Isha Kriya which will be taught during the program can be done only by those above 12 years. Rest of the practices taught can be done by anyone over 7 years.

✢ We schedule Srishti Online classes once in a while. If you are unable to attend during the listed program dates and would like us to update when the next batch happens, please let us know by filling out this form

✢ You need to login atleast 10 mins before start of session and login entry will be closed few mins before session start. Late comers won't be able to attend the session and also session recording won't be available if you miss. So please ensure to be on time and attend all the sessions live.

✢ We will be forming a Whatsapp group for all registered participants for further updates regarding login details and other program info, support, questions; so please ensure to enter your Whatsapp number correctly while registering

✢ It's recommended to maintain light stomach condition for the Online program (at least 2.5 hours gap after meals for adults and 1.5 hours for children below 13 years)
